For families, the big pluses are obvious: lots of different activities, plenty of green space nearby, paths for bikes and scooters, and free parking right next to the park. Several reviewers also mention it as especially good for children of different ages, with enough to hold a toddler’s attention and enough novelty for older primary-school kids too. The main drawback is that some facilities sound a bit hit-and-miss. One reviewer was disappointed that the old paddling pool has been replaced by a sandpit, and there’s a hint that cleanliness may not always be perfect.
